The Stadio Città del Tricolore in Reggio Emilia will host the final of the 2015/16 UEFA Women's Champions League on 26 May, kicking off at 18.00CET.
- The stadium is the current home of Serie A side US Sassuolo Calcio, as well as Lega Pro club AC Reggiana 1919.
- The 21,500-capacity stadium was built in 1995 in the northern Italian city, and held a EURO '96 qualifier against Lithuania as well as two games in the Azzurrini's 2015 UEFA European Under-21 Championship campaign, including the decisive 3-1 play-off defeat of Slovakia.
- Reggio Emilia, in the Emilia Romanga region of northern Italy, is known as the city where the Cispadane Republic – a forerunner of the modern united Italy – was declared in 7 January 1797 after invasion by Napoleon, leading to the design of the Italian tricolore.
